KBB TV Episode 11 - Series 1
In this episode, we again help our featured business owners, Leanne Carter-Taylor of luxury giftware and fashion outlet duckeggBLUE and talented patissier Adriano Zumbo, with their business growth plans.
In segment 1, we send Leanne to meet with successful entrepreneur Pierce Cody, co-owner of Australia's largest independent organic chain, Macro Wholefoods, and founder of advertising business Cody Outdoor. Pierce gives Leanne some tips on how to manage the growth of the business by making sure she is surrounded by good staff she can delegate to, prioritising her time and building her company's culture. Pete Blasina's technology tip focuses on Telstra's Business Online service.
In segment 2, Leanne asks Pierce about under-performing stores - can they be turned around and how long do you give them if they're not performing? Pierce has some insightful tips. We also send Pete Blasina to meet Narrabri real estate agent Rob Gilbert to find out how his Next GTM mobile is helping his business.
In segment 3, Adriano needs to expand his business and will need more finance to achieve this. We send him to meet with finance expert Matthew Nolan from Provident Cashflow to get some tips on ways to plan his future business growth.
In segment 4, Matthew gives Adriano some tips on what a bank-manager is likely to look for when being approached for a loan.
